/ন্যায্যতার উপর ভিত্তি করে ভূমিসেবা দিতে এসিল্যান্ডদের নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন ভূমিমন্ত্রী/

(ঢাকা, বৃহস্পতিবার, ১৩ জুন, ২০২৪) ভূমিমন্ত্রী নারায়ন চন্দ্র চন্দ ন্যায্যতার উপর ভিত্তি করে ভূমিসেবা দিতে এসিল্যান্ডদের নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন।

আজ রাজধানীর কাঁটাবনে অবস্থিত ভূমি প্রশাসন প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্রে (এলএটিসি) 'স্মার্ট ভূমিসেবার টার্গেট পূরণে সহকারী কমিশনার (ভূমি)গণের করণীয়' শীর্ষক এক কর্মশালায় প্রধান অতিথির দিকনির্দেশনামূলক বক্তব্যে ভূমিমন্ত্রী এই নির্দেশ দেন। এসময় ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়ের ‘ভারপ্রাপ্ত সচিব’ অতিরিক্ত সচিব জিয়াউদ্দিন আহমেদ বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে এবং এলএটিসি পরিচালক মোঃ আরিফ সভাপতি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

ভূমিমন্ত্রী এসময় আরও উল্লেখ করেন, ন্যায়পরায়ণতা ও ন্যায্যতার নীতির উপর ভিত্তি করে নাগরিক এবং সরকারি উভয় স্বার্থ সংরক্ষণ করা অপরিহার্য। তিনি স্পষ্ট করে বলেন, স্বার্থ সংরক্ষণের অর্থ কখনোই বেআইনিভাবে কাউকে অনুচিত সুবিধা প্রদান করা নয়। বরং, এর অর্থ হলো প্রত্যেককে তার ন্যায্য প্রাপ্য অধিকার নিশ্চিত করা। তিনি জোর দিয়ে বলেন, কোনো নাগরিককেই তার প্রাপ্য অধিকার থেকে বঞ্চিত করা যাবে না।

ভূমিমন্ত্রী এসিল্যান্ডদের আরও নির্দেশ দিয়ে বলেন, নিজস্ব নেতৃত্বের গুণাবলী প্রয়োগ করে ভূমি অফিসের পরিচালনায় স্বচ্ছতা ও দক্ষতা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। জনগণের সেবা প্রদানকে সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার দিতে হবে। কর্মক্ষেত্রে স্বচ্ছতা, দক্ষতা এবং জবাবদিহিতার সংস্কৃতি গড়ে তুলতে হবে। এর মাধ্যমে ভূমি সেবা প্রদানে উৎকর্ষতা অর্জন এবং জনগণের আস্থা অর্জন করা সম্ভব হবে।

এলএটিসিতে ৪০ ও ৪১তম বেসিক ভূমি ব্যবস্থাপনা কোর্সের প্রশিক্ষণ শেষ করা সহকারী কমিশনার (ভূমি)গণ এই কর্মশালায় অংশগ্রহণ করেন।

কর্মশালায় অন্যান্যদের মধ্যে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয় এবং ভূমি প্রশাসন প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্রের সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ এবং ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়ের ডিকেএমপি অনুবিভাগের ব্যবস্থাপনাধীন কর্মসূচি অ্যালামস এর পরামর্শকবৃন্দ এবং ভূমিসেবা ডিজিটাইজেশন ভেন্ডর প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রতিনিধিবৃন্দ।

কর্মশালার আগে ভূমিমন্ত্রী ৪০ ও ৪১তম বেসিক ভূমি ব্যবস্থাপনা কোর্সের প্রশিক্ষণ শেষ করা সহকারী কমিশনার(ভূমি)গণের সমাপনী ও সনদপত্র বিতরণ অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত থেকে প্রশিক্ষণ শেষ করা কর্মকর্তাদের হাতে সমাপনী ও সনদপত্র তুলে দেন।

/Land Minister directs AC lands to provide land services based on rightness/

(Dhaka, Thursday, June 13, 2024) Land Minister Narayon Chandra Chanda has directed the AC lands to provide land services based on rightness.

The land minister gave the directive while addressing a workshop titled 'What Assistant Commissioners (Land) should do to meet the target of Smart Land Services' at the Land Administration Training Center (LATC) in the capital's Kataban area. Acting Secretary of the Ministry of Land Additional Secretery Ziauddin Ahmed was present as special guest while LATC Director Md. Arif was present as chair.

The land minister also mentioned that it is essential to protect the interests of both citizens and the government based on the principles of equitable and rightness. He made it clear that protecting interests does not mean giving undue benefits to anyone illegally. Rather, it means ensuring everyone is entitled to their rightful share. He stressed that no citizen should be deprived of his due rights.

The land minister also said that transparency and efficiency should be ensured in the management of the land office by applying own leadership qualities. Providing services to the people should be given the highest priority. A culture of transparency, efficiency and accountability should be developed in the workplace. Through this, it will be possible to achieve excellence in providing land services and gain the trust of the people.

Assistant Commissioners (Land) who completed training of 40th and 41st Basic Land Management Course at LATC participated in the workshop.

Among others, concerned officials of the Ministry of Land and Land Administration Training Center and consultants of the ALAMS program under the management of DKMP wing of the Ministry of Land and representatives of Land Service Digitization Vendor were present.

Prior to the workshop, the Land Minister attended the closing and certificate distribution ceremony of the Assistant Commissioners of the 40th and 41st Basic Land Management Courses as the chief guest.
